Why do the base station and belt-pack have not sound output?

• Please confirm whether the "RMT MIC KILL" button which on the base station panel is light, if yes, please turn it off.
• Please check the state of the belt-pack, if there is the "MUTE" on the screen, long-press the "MUTE/TALK" button to "TALK".
• Please check the connection of headset is correct, the headset and microphone are worn properly(correct way: put the headset on the head with the microphone less than 10cm from your mouth).
