Please check the state of the belt-pack, if there is the "MUTE" on the screen, long-press the "MUTE/TALK" button to "TALK". Please check the connection of headset is correct, the headset and microphone are worn properly(correct way: put the headset on the head with the microphone less than 10cm from your mouth).
